Important Details about Mindshare Summit 2019
Wow! We’re only a few days from the Mindshare Summit.
Here’s what you need to know to have the BEST time!
What To Wear: The sessions in the daytime are business casual. Conference hotel rooms have only two temperatures: too cold, or too hot. Just joking – it’s usually pretty nice, but you may want to bring a sweater or jacket in case the ballroom gets chilly. (Think layers.)
Thursday Bonus Sessions: Thursday, our bonus workshops begin at 1:30pm.
(There are six amazing workshops – you definitely want to arrive in time to attend!) Come early to catch sessions with Dan Russell, Peter Hoppenfeld, Krisstina Wise, Chris Cameron, a Social Media Panel, and a Docuseries and Summits Panel.
Wine Tasting with Todd White:
Bernardo Patio, 5:30pm Thursday
Join Todd White of Dry Farm Wines as he leads you through a wine tasting. He’ll educate you on these high quality wines as well as allow you to try multiple types so you are ready for the weekend.
Bernardo Ballroom, 6:30pm Thursday
New? Got questions? Ready to start making friends? Feeling a little overwhelmed at all the great people and opportunities? Let an experienced Mindshare Summit alumni guide you. Prior attendees will be there to answer your questions and help you get the most out of the Summit!
Friday Night Party! Who or what did YOU want to be when you grew up? A ballerina, a fireman, a superhero? Dress as your favorite childhood dream, and spend an evening connecting with your fellow Mindshare Summit attendees. Laugher included! (Note that 99% of our members dress up and attend – don’t be shy – be creative and have fun! You’ll be AMAZED when you see how people engage, even people you’d NEVER expect would come out to play!)
Saturday night at the Impact Awards! A black-tie optional awards gala, Saturday is for you if you appreciate the impact our community is making (and love glitz and glamour. Guys – bring a tux, it looks nice, really!) Get your glitz on, or just wear general business attire for this night!
If you’re staying at the Radisson, there will be shuttles running in the morning and the evening. You’ll want to make plans to run back briefly to get glitzed up!
Friday Morning: If you’re not attending the Thursday Welcome Reception, we will offer registration on Friday beginning at 7:00am in the Aragon Foyer. Our session begins at 8:59am sharp! (Note – you don’t want to be late. We’ve got some fun prizes for the folks who are in their seats on time and an EPIC introduction you do not want to miss). We will have protein shakes and bars provided by Designs for Health and Bulletproof coffee before session begins and at the breaks.
NOTE: Don’t expect to get in line for Coffee at 8:30 and make it to your seat! Show up early, mingle and be ready at 9 am!
Hosted Breakfasts: We have hosted breakfasts each morning, and they are definitely worth checking out. Breakfast sessions begin at 7:00, trainings start at 7:30 and end PROMPTLY at 8:30 each morning.
Friday Breakfast Sessions:
- Join Krisstina Wise to learn “How Financial Health is Crucial Piece of Wellness and Vitality” in the Catalina Ballroom.
- “Introducing Well World: The Unfair Advantage to Radically Improve Patient Engagement Outcomes and Revenue “ with Kari Thorstensen and Jason Bosley-Smith in Bernardo East Ballroom.
